椰糖 Ondeh-ondeh

材料 Ingredients:
150g 椰丝 (Shredded coconut)
3/4茶匙 盐 (Fine granulated salt)

150g 糯米粉 (Glutinous rice flour)
30g 澄面粉 (Wheat flour)
150ml 班兰汁 (Pandan juice)
一粒 椰糖 - 大概120g (Gula Melaka)

步骤 Methods:
1. 把盐加入椰丝搅拌均匀,铺在碟里,大火蒸至少3分钟。
Add some salt into shredded coconut, equally pour on the plate, high degree steam at least 3 minutes.

2, 把糯米粉和澄面粉搅拌均匀,慢慢加入班兰汁,搓成团。
Mix up glutinous rice flour and wheat flour together, pour in pandan juice later, and then knead it become dough.

3. 把粉团做成小圆球,压扁然后包入舂碎了的椰糖。
Roll the dough into many small ball, flattening it and pack in crumbled gula Melaka (become ondeh-ondeh).

4. 把搓圆的椰糖 ondeh-ondeh放入滚水中煮至熟(浮面后,再多煮2-3分钟),就可以捞上 来过冷河, 最后,沾上蒸熟椰丝,就可以享用。。
